Our approach will always be to find the best solution for the unique requirements of our customer. We are involved with the client, determining the needs, goals, problems and corporate philosophy. Since information is the life force of any company, Maxim DataTel wants to know every aspect of a company's business, their strengths, opportunities for improvement, marketplace, and short and long-term goals. Only then can we select technologies and craft solutions customized for our customer's needs.
Leadership Team
Sean Maxwell, President, formed Maxim DataTel after more than a decade of success in sales and management at AT&T and Qwest. Currently he designs, develops, and implements cutting edge voice and data solutions for Fortune 1000 companies that are solution oriented, deliverable and cost effective. He is a leading industry consultant with a rare combination of backgrounds and skills; experience with equipment and emerging technologies, coupled with a deep understanding of the strengths and weakness of carriers. He is uniquely qualified to analyzed complex hardware, software and carrier solutions utilizing multiple technologies across divers platforms. As a recognized expert, he is often asked to speak at industry events and is frequently quoted by publications including "Phone +" and "Fat Pipe".
Dave Hendrie, Vice President Information Services, is our technology implementation expert with two decades experience deploying complex multi-location deployments including Citrix and thin client deployments, server farms and data centers, advanced VoIP applications, software design and software integration. Dave Hendrie is an aggressive team player who believes in getting the job done right, not just the job done. Dave designed and implemented complex solutions for companies including Daewoo Motor America, Motorola, and Kaiser Permanente.
Mike Dawson, Managing Partner, came to Maxim DataTel after serving as Chief Technology Office for CompuVision, Senior Manager with Deloitte Consulting, Network Consultant with Bay Networks and Senior Network Consultant at Digital Equipment Corporation. He is a seasoned IT professional and technology change agent with a proven track record leading cross-functional teams in the design, delivery, and implementation of a wide array of data networking and security project engagements. Mike has a unique combination of strategic/tactical experience and technical acumen used in complex, multi-faceted technology implementations for Fortune 500 companies such as UBS/Warburg, Deloitte & Touche, and Wachovia Bank.
Sheila Sharp, Associate Partner, came to us from AT&T and previously Frontier Communications with almost a decade of experience as a Voice and Data Networking Account Executive. Having honed her skills on AT&T's process and procedures, Sheila can navigate the telecommunications maze as well as she can to get things done like no other. Sheila is a most aggressive customer champion with unequaled tenacity and customer service skill. Her understanding of the industry and experience with complex voice and data networks and makes her an invaluable asset to our team.
